Fix #1: Restart FIFA 21.
The first thing that you must do if you encounter an issue in any FIFA game is to restart. This can be an effective solution to issues caused by random or minor bugs.
If the game has become unresponsive, or if you can no longer normally close the game, try closing FIFA 21 via Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL).
Fix #2: Check your PC hardware specifications.

- Open NVIDIA Control Panel.
- On the left pane, select Adjust desktop size and position.
- On the right pane, under Apply the following settings, select No scaling.
- Click on Apply.
